Shipping Info

We use UPS, USPS and Truck Freight depending on your location and the products that you are ordering. If your order is less than $50.00 or you are outside of the contiguous 48 states or you wish to expedite your order you can calculate your actual shipping charges by placing your items in the shopping cart and fill in the Ship To information.

If your order will ship out via UPS you can expect your order to leave our warehouse in 1-3 days and then take an additional 3-5 days to be delivered to your location.

Returns

We want to make sure that your experience with Greater Southern is the best and that is why we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every product you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days. This includes pool cues that are not chalked.

In order to return a product, please email our returns department at returns@greatersouthern.com. Please include your contact information and reason for returning the product.

Once we receive your request we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to reference on your return shipment.

Customers will be responsible all shipping charges to return any item(s) including any shipping cost that we incurred sending out your order unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
