1. I have a question about my order. Who should I contact?

2. Can I change my order once it is placed?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, it can be changed. Please email David Piha at email@example.com if you need to make any changes to your order. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders usually ship within 2-4 days of being placed. All orders ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA and transit times vary based on your shipping address. If you are in the Eastern half of the US, your order should arrive within 5-7 days of being placed. If you are on the Western half of the US, your order should arrive within 7-10 days of being placed.
4. What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). If you are picking up your order from one of our stores, you can pay by credit card, cash, or check.
1. What factors should I consider when buying a pool table?
Besides the obvious factor of budget, it is important to know the exact size of the room you will put your pool table in. You should also pay close attention to specifics about the quality and style of slate, cloth, and rubber cushion used in each table you look at. 2. What size table should I get?
There are several sizes to choose from. The biggest factor to consider while shopping for a pool table is the size of your room. Check out Billiard Tables FAQ for specifics about pool table sizes.
3. What size cue sticks should I get?
Most adults will be comfortable using a standard size cue stick. Shorter adults, children, and those play around space constraints would benefit from using short cues.
4. Do you provide in-home consultations?

1. Do I need a special outlet for video games and jukeboxes?
No special power requirements are necessary for video games or jukeboxes. All of the games and jukeboxes we carry run on standard 110v outlets. We do, though, urge all customers to purchase a high-quality surge protector to protect your video game(s) or jukebox.
2. How should I care for my jukebox or arcade game?
We recommend people to leave the power off to the video games and jukebox when not being used. This will help extend the life the light bulbs and prevent potential burn-in on the monitor (applicable to arcade games). Other than that, no special care is required. Most of the electronic games we carry are plug and play!
1. How should I care for my leather chairs?
We recommend a good quality leather cleaner and leather conditioner such as Lexol to clean and protect your leather investment. Quality leather cleaners and conditioners can be found at most automobile supply stores. If you spill a drink or food on your leather, it’s always a good idea to clean it off as quickly as possible to minimize the chance of staining.
2. How should I care for my bar?
A good quality furniture cleaner is the best thing to use to keep your bar looking sharp! Always be sure to use coasters under drinks so condensation rings are not left on the bar top.
3. Is there any installation required for my bar?
Most bars do require some installation and assembly. We do provide installation and assembly of bars if you live in the metro Atlanta area and the bar is purchased through us.
